As a past designer
with Christian Dior he further studied International Business Management
at Monash University, Australia and has extensive experience in corporate
communication, marketing, styling and branding. He pioneered the concept
of holistic image management and is regarded as the image advisor's advisor.
He is also a past
winner of the International Image-Maker of the Year Award (USA), a recipient
of the 1999 Australian Achievers Award and Winner of the 2001-2002 Hong

and marketing achievements.
Jon-Michail is also
involved in community work, supporting and assisting underprivileged children

through his Institute for Image Management, he has extensive experience
in motivating individuals and their organisations to pursue their vision
