Lynora Brooke

Approachable and adaptable in style, Lynora is an insightful and compassionate coach who empowers people to operate effectively and powerfully in their environment. Passionate about helping people realise their full potential and identify their own passion, Lynora works as a professional coach with individuals from varied backgrounds and areas of responsibility, with many clients being senior executives in corporations who face daily work/life balance challenges. Lynora tailors the coaching process to best suit the individual and what it is they want to achieve.

She also facilitates discussion or conducts formal mediation for parties who are in conflict. Lynora facilitates strategic planning reviews and organisational change initiatives for corporate and not-for-profit organisations.

Lynora has 30 years experience working in corporate and not-for-profit environments. In recent years, she has been operating as an executive coach and mentor, personal (life) coach, facilitator and conflict coach, and mediator of disputes.

Her diverse business background spans various industry sectors, across a number of countries and gives her an appreciation and insight into many of the issues faced by business leaders in today’s fast-paced world.

Lynora has worked in areas such as IT, client relationship, program, project and business management in sectors that include property, information technology, recruitment, financial services, indigenous advocacy and international trading.

Lynora is an accredited Neuro Semantics Meta Coach, certified Cinergy Conflict Coach, accredited LEADR mediator and NLP practitioner. She is on the NSW Chapter Executive of LEADR (Association of Dispute Resolvers), is a member of the Australian Institute of Management, Sydney Facilitators Network, Conflict Coaching Network Australia, International Coach Federation and the International Society of Neuro Semantics.
