Joan Bell

With a background in Health, Fitness and Nutrition, Joan is coaching the Games of Life that she "knows in her bones" and believes that this gives her the edge in her coaching practise.

Joan will help you to Identify, Communicate and Design a Winnable Game worth playing so that you will win the games that matter to you on YOUR terms.

Joan has been officially coaching since 2003 and her aim is to inspire, empower and motivate her clients to be the best version of themselves. She says "Life coaching helps clients consciously choose their life's direction rather than reacting to life as it happens.

Born in England and now living in Australia for 30 years, Joan is the youngest of 13 children. She divides her time between Newcastle in NSW and country Victoria.

Joan did her initial coach training in Newcastle at Gracegrove College and then joined Coachville (USA) in
2003 and has been studying with them ever since, currently working toward certification.

She is now taking part in the Coach2Win course at Coachville and believes that this new format for coaching is very exciting and will get others to think of coaching in a brand new way. We all love playing games and we all love to win, the Coach2Win method makes this much simpler.

Joan has a varied background spending many years in hospitality before she went on to begin her own successful design and manufacturing business (lycra gym wear) whilst studying for her health and fitness
(A.C.H.P.E.R.) certification. Joan then moved on to her work as a fitness trainer and this then evolved into coaching.

Always willing to "have a go" Joan derives much pleasure from her life and is an avid cyclist and sailor amongst her other activities. Fitness and Health are one of Joans' major values, together with Personal Development.

If you are looking for a coach who will guide you, challenge you, and sometimes gently push you to be the best version of yourself and have fun doing it, then call Joan, she would love to hear from you.

"We don't stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing"
