She is a graduate of the Life Coaching Institute of Australia and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Nobody needs to suffer when there is so much information available today on how to overcome our troubles.

Eleanor’s coaching is influenced by her education and psychology background. She teaches clients how habits are formed, how the nervous system deals with incoming data and how the mind can exercise control over these two areas to bring about change.

When people know how the system works they can start to change the system.

Change is both mind and body ( mental and physical ).
Change is about learning and experience.
Change is the tool we use to improve our lives and communities.
